An oasis of calm in a sea of chaos of Sihanoukville. Great value, tasteful decor, amazing and attentive service and excellent breakfast food. The rooftop pool is a gem and the sauna is also nice. The clientele is mostly western and Cambodian locals so that may be good context about the other guests if you’re concerned about that. Would certainly recommend to stay at Riva!

Excellent hotel with the best deals! A room here is not only affordable, but exceeds the standards of its price by an insurmountable amount. Floors, beds, tables and chairs are very squeaky clean, and there's even a balcony available for beautiful views. Theres also a breakfast buffet that mainly serves Khmer food. The pool has a slight bit of murk but was still swimmable. Parking space is available too. Overall a night or two in this hotel is a steal. It is very worth the price you pay. Highly recommended.

Very good new hotel! Only half opened yet, so not all facilities are available.Nice spacious room! Cool pool!Friendly and helpful staff! Good location! Breakfast by "a la cart" menu, but was good for me! Complimentary fruits!

Happy stopover! - Super nice and new hotel. They've also been open for a few months. Too bad the city itself is still in the scaffolding. The Chinese influences are very visible in the city. In any case a great base to recover from your trip to Sihanoukville and then go to the islands.

Amazing hotel- Great hotel! Brand new facilities and kind staff. Would be great to have stationary phone in the room to order food from the restaurant and bathrobes. Overall, I was happy to stay at the hotel :)
